Structural schematics are required for submission to Builing Control to achieve compliance. For a typical single/double removal these are priced at £645+VAT.

If you have a set of floor plans for your property we can work off these for your structural design to help save a few quid. You can use a set of outline plans from an estate agent or look online for a matching property layout on your road using search engines to locate a floor plan. However, if you do not have a set of floor plans we will have to commission a site survey and architect at an additional cost of £1550+VAT.
